Our Return Policy offers 100% satisfaction of all items sold with a 100% refund for item and shipping cost.
Returns can be through call tags. We will reimburse for return shipping costs.
You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way.
You must also include, in the same condition as it was received:
Damaged items must be reported to shipping agent for inspection.
DO NOT remove an item from original Native scents shipping box or envelope.
